Larson spent $103,000 en route to re-election

Liberal Linda Larson spent $103,000 en route to re-election in Boundary Similkameen.

That’s according to financial disclosure statements from Elections BC.

Larson spent by far the most of any candidate in West Kootenay Boundary. Nelson-Creston Liberal candidate Tanya Wall was next highest $53,000.

However we don’t know how much the NDP’s Colleen Ross spent.

Elections BC has given her until Oct. 6 to file her report due to what they call “extenuating circumstances.”

Independent Peter Entwistle spent $4,100 and the Green Party’s Vonnie Lavers a little under $1,500.
