The Boundary Flood Recovery Team is hosting another Update Meeting next week. Aside from a general flood update, the agenda includes preparedness for the upcoming freshet. This just two weeks after Preparedness Week was held in Grand Forks to educate the community on emergency preparedness. This is also the first update meeting since Mennonite Disaster Service Canada‘s assistance was announced, as well as the unapproved NDMP grant application. The event goes at 6PM on Tuesday, April 30th, at the River Valley Community Church.
