There’s an event Tuesday in Trail to bring awareness to the community about the issue of violence against women.
The clothesline event starts this morning at 10 am and runs til 2 pm outside Ferraro Foods.
RCMP Sgt Darren Oelke says members from the local detachment will be on hand.
Survivors of violence paint t-shirts with messages sharing their experiences and personal stories.
They are then hung on a line for the public to see.
Free hot dogs and beverages will be available.
