A new concrete floor at the Nelson Curling Club could make the building much more useful.
This from club president Gordon Weiss who has asked the city for permission to replace the sand bed that’s currently under the ice.
The concrete floor could $250,000.
Weiss says some of the funding would likely come from the CBT and they want to try to apply for this funding as soon as possible.
