The Sion Improvement District Water System is issuing a boil water advisory for select areas in Grand Forks
Shock chlorination and flushing will continue through August 23rd due to excessive coliform counts in the system.
If affected, bring your water to a rolling boil for one or two minutes before use, or use an alternative, safe, water source. You’re urged to use hand sanitizer after washing your hands. You may also notice a chlorine-smell when flushing. The areas affected are: Hardy Mountain Road, Outlook Road, Panorama Road, Davy Road, London Road, Ward Road, and Ward Lake Road.
