A representative of the Sion Improvement District Water System says the recently announced Boil Water Notice was rescinded days ago, and urges you to tell your neighbours in the area.
They say distribution flushing was carried out, and a two-time consumption level chlorination was added to remove potential bacteria residue. Future periodic chlorination may also be necessary. The notice affected residents on Hardy Mountain Road, Outlook Road, Panorama Road, Davy Road, London Road, Ward Road, and Ward Lake Road of Grand Forks. Additional signage has also been added in the North System of the Sion Improvement District.
