The Grand Forks and District Fall Fair and Demolition Derby is officially canceled for 2020.

President of the fair committee, Danna O’Donnell, said that sponsors, donors and volunteers are not in a position to support the fair due to the effect COVID-19 has had on the local economy.

The fair will return in 2021 and that being the 110th anniversary of the fair, O’Donnell said the fair has been cancelled in the past due to wars, the great depression, and other natural disasters.

The Fall Fair would like to encourage people to grow gardens, keep canning, baking, and mastering your crafts. For more information you can visit the fair’s website at: grandforksfallfair.com
