Grand Forks mayor Brian Taylor spoke with Juice FM stating that many groups and organizations have been working behind the scenes to address the COVID-19 outbreak.
He said that Boundary Family Services has taken the lead role in ensuring care for the homeless and other vulnerable citizens.
