Starting this week, the Grand Forks RCMP Detachment has ‘re-started’ and returns to regular office hours of 9 AM to 4 PM.
Office staff are resuming regular duties that include Criminal Record checks, fingerprinting. Counter complaints are welcome however the public is still encouraged to call-in a complaint as oppose to coming down.
Officers have also started to resume some duties that include stationary vehicle check-stops at random times and locations. There is also a full-time patrol officer at Christina Lake both on and off the lake.
