Community Futures Boundary announced, in a press release, changes in its program service delivery in the West Boundary.
Community Futures Boundary’s western operations have been located in Greenwood for the past 27 years however, the storefront operation on South Copper Ave will be closed. The organization cites that 2020 has created the opportunity to offer programs to other communities in the West Boundary allowing better service delivery.
General Manager Jennifer Wetmore said, “The location has served us very well, and we are incredibly grateful to the building owners, the City of Greenwood and all its citizens for all the support we’ve received over the years.”
Community Futures provides WorkBC services and staff will be available, on a rotating schedule, in Greenwood, Midway and Rock
Creek three days a week and will be available to meet with clients on a drop in basis, as well as by appointment.
Effective November 10, office days and locations will be Tuesday’s in Midway, Wednesday’s in Rock Creek and Thursday’s in Greenwood. Hours at all locations will be 9AM to 3PM.
