A free event near Trail to learn about some local species and the ecosystem.
The Fish and Wildlife Compensation Program is hosting Critter Day at Beaver Creek Provincial Park.
Here’s Communications Coordinator Angus Glass.
He is encouraging people of all ages to come to the event and take part in interactive displays, guided nature walks, exhibits as well as opportunities to see and touch some local species.
It goes Saturday afternoon from 1 pm till 5 pm.
