The city of Castlegar has made an addition to the proposed north Columbia Avenue infrastructure upgrade.
Councilor Florio Vassilakakis says they will add a few more blocks.
This means the city has increased the amount requested in the grant application by $700,000.
They were originally seeking $2.5 million in federal funds but now they will be seeking $3.2 million.
This project is grant dependent.
