Positivity and progressiveness should be a focal point at Grand Forks city hall.
This from Cathy Korolek who is one of seven candidates running for city council in the upcoming by-election.
Korolek has run her quilting business in the city for many years and she says that has helped her become engaged with the community .
She feels the dysfunction within city hall needs to be put in the past.
Grand Forks residents go to the polls May 28th.
