One of seven contenders in this month’s Grand Forks by election is hoping it can be fourth time lucky.
Zak Eburne Stoodley has run for council three times before and says each time he gets closer to success.
The 27 year old would be the youngest person on the table if he’s elected and says he’s a team player.
Eburne Stoodley is a computer technician.
He wants important infrastructure fixed in the city and would like to ease dog bylaws to help keep the deer away from the residential area.
