An opportunity to view the City Of Castlegar’s plans for Columbia Avenue.
Mayor Lawrence Chernoff says an open house is planned which will feature a chance to view drawings and give feedback for the planned vision for the thoroughfare.
Plans include bike lanes and infrastructure upgrades to make Columbia Avenue more accessible and safer.
The open house goes at the Community Forum May 31st from 6pm til 8.
$3.2 million in Federal grant funding is required for this project to break ground.
