Grand Forks COVID cases rise

After recording a week with no new COVID cases, Grand Forks is trending back upward, according to the latest figures from the BC Centre for Disease Control.

Between Oct. 31 and Nov. 6, the city saw six new cases. The week prior there were zero, but the week before that there were also six.

There were possible exposures at Perley Elementary on Nov. 1 and 2.

There were no new cases in Kettle Valley or Arrow Lakes. There were seven new cases in Trail, up from five. Castlegar stood at three, down from four. Nelson was unchanged at five. Kootenay Lake had one new case, up from zero.
