Two local woodlots have passed forestry audits.
Despite a handful of minor issues the woodlots near Kaslo and Creston both got the thumbs up.
The Kaslo licencee was previously marked as non-compliant with regards to the assessment of fire hazards and providing annual reports.
Forest Practices Board Chair Tim Ryan says it has since met BC standards.
Meanwhile the Creston area licencee passed an audit after presenting plans to improve its regeneration and reforestation efforts.
