New Boundary COVID cases in the single digits

There were only three new COVID-19 cases in the Boundary between March 6 and 12, according to the BC Centre Disease Control. Grand Forks had three (unchanged from the previous week) while Kettle Valley had zero (down from three).

During the same period in West Kootenay, there were 82 new cases compared to 76 a week earlier. Fifty-three of those cases were in Nelson, compared to 30 the week before.

Trail had 14 new cases (down from 21), Creston had 10 (up from seven), Castlegar three (down from 14), Kootenay Lake two (up from zero), and Arrow Lakes zero (down from one).
