Search and rescue teams are involved in the hunt for a local woman who hasn’t been seen since Tuesday.
The search is focused on the Columbia River area in Trail.
48 year old Neva Evdokimoff left the family home in Shoreacres Tuesday morning and was supposed to be driving to Kelowna. But she failed to respond to cell phone calls.
Neva’s phone was tracked to Trail and her vehicle was then spotted on surveillance cameras parked at Gyro Park.
She had arrived there late Tuesday morning about three hours after she’d left home. Cameras spotted her walking towards the beach.
