Four days of exhaustive efforts by a number of our regional search and rescue crews has failed to find missing Shoreacres woman Neva Evdokimoff.
Neva hasn’t been seen since Tuesday. Surveillance footage shows she parked her car near Gyro Park in Trail that day and walked towards the beach.
The hunt was ramped up to a full-scale response Saturday. Two boats on the Columbia River, as well as swiftwater rafts, ATV’s, aircraft and helicopters were deployed in the area between Genelle and the United States.
Almost 300 homes and properties were searched as well as the entire shoreline.
The search has been suspended until new information is brought forward.
