A 37-year-old Greenwood man is facing charges following a break and enter at a home under construction on Anarchist Mountain.
Osoyoos RCMP say they were notified of the break-in to at Eagle Point on Wednesday morning but didn’t say what was taken.
A witness provided a description of the suspect and the vehicle. Police in Midway they located a property where they believed the suspect was and with help from an emergency response team, the man was arrested.
In addition to charges of break and enter and theft, he’s accused of failing to comply with a probation order.
