A final opportunity Monday night for residents to provide thoughts and feedback on plans for the development of the new Railtown district in Nelson.
Residents are invited to preview the proposed Railtown Sustainable Neighbourhood Action Plan.
This will outline in detail Railtown’s policy, design and implementation components. The district will eventually include a mix of industrial, commercial and residential development.
The open house goes at the Chamber of Commerce rail station building from 6-30 pm till 8-30 pm.
The new district’s final vision will be presented to city council in the fall.
