It has been a long time coming – nearly 20 years in fact – but finally there’s a design concept for a skate park in Trail.
Residents are invited to an open house Tuesday to view the designs for the facility which is being proposed for Gyro Park.

The all wheels park will accommodate bikes and scooters as well.

The open house goes at the Trail Memorial Centre tonight from 5 pm till 7 pm.
Construction of the skate park is dependent on federal grant funding so the city will wait to see if they have been approved before breaking ground.
