West Kootenay Traffic Services was kept busy over the long weekend.
Corporal Chad Badry says police dealt out twelve excessive speeding tickets.
Additionally they took eight impaired drivers off the road and made twelve drug seizures.
There were no serious crashes.
They have another busy weekend coming up with shambhala expected to bring upwards of 12,000 people to our region.
