Locals and tourists in Christina Lake are invited to an open house tonight.
RDKB Chair Grace McGregor says the discussion is intended to provide property owners with a plan to protect their homes if a wildfire starts.
She says the impact of the Stickpin and Rock Creek wildfires last summer will be a focal point of discussion.
It will be at the Christina Lake Hall from 6 pm – 8 pm.
