Two days have been set aside next year for the trial of a former Grand Forks city councillor.
Michael Wirischagin is accused of drunk driving and will be in court Feb. 15 and 16.
It’s over an incident in Midway in June 2015.
Wirischagin resigned from council soon after charges were laid.
