An RCMP officer is facing two charges in a Canada Day crash on Highway 3 near Greenwood.
BC prosecutors say Constable Chris Odgaard is accused of driving without due care and attention and making an unsafe U-turn.
Police say one of the four people inside another vehicle involved was seriously injured.
Odgaard appears in Grand Forks court at the end of the month.
