Former local MP Alex Atamanenko will make a curtain call in Grand Forks this weekend.
He’s the guest of honour at the annual general meeting of the South Okanagan-West Kootenay New Democrats.
Riding association president Brent Voss says Atamanenko was an exemplary member of parliament.
The meeting is at the Grand Forks seniors centre on Saturday at 1:30 p.m.
