The KIJHL’s Grand Forks Border Bruins will be running a charity drive for Hockey Fights Cancer Month starting Saturday.
A dollar for every program sold will be donated to Aaron Friesen and his family.
The Bruins will also wear commemorative jerseys for October.
There is also a trade to report.
Forward Donte Nowell and defenceman Connor Sullivan have been acquired from the Kimberley Dynamiters.
