The Cannafest sign missing from James Donaldson Park in Grand Forks has been found.
Shortly after last year’s concert the padded advertisement was taken from the fence.
Festival organizers say it was found at the side of a road and returned by Greyhound.
They have no idea where the sign has been or who returned it.
