Two out of three candidates in Midway’s mayoral by-election last year spent nothing on their campaigns.
Financial disclosure documents from Elections BC show Doug McMynn and Earl Lehmann didn’t spend a cent. Martin Fromme raised $150 and spent $66.
McMynn won the December vote by a large margin.
It followed the resignation last August of Randy Kappes for personal reasons.
