Speculation buzzing around Grand Forks for the past while that a Tim Hortons may be on the way has officially been swatted.
The city says although plenty of work was put in from both parties, a purchase and sale agreement has expired after two extensions.
Mayor Frank Konrad sheds light on some of the complications.
But Konrad says this doesn’t necessarily mean it’ll never happen.
