The firefighters’ weekend is almost here.
Hundreds of firefighters from across the province are heading to Grand Forks this weekend for their southern interior spring training.
Grand Forks Volunteer Firefighters Association president Neil McGregor says it’s set to be a busy event.
Training taking place on the west side of the curling rink will be open for public viewing.
