A Grand Forks woman has died in a highway collision in the East Kootenay.
RCMP say the crash between a pick-up truck and semi-trailer happened Sunday at about 2:30 a.m. on Highway 3-93 at Jaffray.
The pick-up, which crossed the centre line, was carrying three people including the driver who was killed.
A 13-year-old was severely injured while a female passenger suffered non-life-threatening injuries.
The semi driver was not badly hurt.
No names have been released.
The cause hasn’t been determined but police say the road was clear and dry.
