Greenwood’s Founders Day celebration over the weekend boasted a perfect blend of education and fun.
Barry Noll was among the many exhibitors at the event Saturday and Sunday.
His goal was to get youth interested in gold panning.
There were also exhibits which touched on the city’s history with Japanese internment, horseback lessons and a look into the city’s mining and smelting history.
Festivities kicked off with a parade Saturday.
