Grand Forks RCMP are warning residents of a scam that could potentially make it’s way into our region.
Sgt. Jim Fenske says three men from the UK have been travelling to different homes offering driveway sealing services.
Fenske says they’ve been mainly targeting the elderly and they drive a white 2001 Dodge Dakota pickup truck.
He adds the scams have been reported in Revelstoke and the Okanagan but not yet in our area.
