Special weather statement issued for Kootenay Pass

A special weather statement is in effect for the Kootenay Pass.

Snow could begin falling this afternoon at 1,300 metres.

It is estimated between 4-10 cm could accumulate.

YRB has scheduled resources for night sanding and plowing.
