Interior Health has finished their review into a privacy breach.
An external privacy and security expert was brought in to help with the review which looked into a breach involving personal information of about 500 current and former IH employees.
Vice president of human resources Mal Griffin says no additional breaches were discovered.
The review concluded that the breach likely happened in December 2009.
IH urges past and current employees take extra precautions with personal information.
