The Boundary was left in the dark Wednesday afternoon after a dangerous incident involving a power line near Rossland.
About 4,000 customers were affected around 2:30pm when a forestry worker dropped a tree on a major transmission line.
The line contained 161,000 volts of electricity but thankfully noone injured.
Fortis BC Spokesperson Nicole Bagdonavic says some customers had it easier than others.
