Did you lose power last night or this morning?
If you did, you’re not alone.
Heavy snow caused trees to fall on Fortis BC power lines in a number of areas.
Spokeswoman Diana Sorace says customers in Trail, Rossland, Castlegar were in the dark for parts of last night and this morning as crews worked to restore power.
About 1,200 Christina Lake customers experienced were without power this morning from 8:00am until just before noon.

About 10,000 customers in our region dealt with power outages through this week’s blast of winter weather.
