Graduation completion rates are in for School District 51!
Superindendant Kevin Argue says he’s impressed that they’re above the provincial rate.
But there’s still areas that he thinks could use work.
Eighty-four per cent of all students in the BC Public School System graduated between 2016 and 2017, and over 39 thouand students got to toss their graduation caps.
Completion for aborginal students in SD51 was 88%, while 82% of students with special needs graduated.
