The unattended recycling bins in Greenwood and Midway are closing down and the Regional District of Kootenay Boundary is holding some open houses to explain their decision.
There will be events in both communities next month.
One is in Midway April 3 at the community hall from 5:00 pm – 8:00 pm.
The other is in Greenwood April 9 from 5:00 pm – 8:00 pm at the McArthur Centre.
