A local distillery has won an award for one of its signature drinks. It’s True North Distilleries in Grand Forks, and they’ve received a medal for their white-rye whiskey: Black Dog After Dark. Owner Scot Stewart explains.
He adds that winning the award has brought them a lot more attention.
The silver medal has also been added to the product’s label. Stewart adds that True North is the first licensed distillery in Grand Forks.
