The Month of May ended on a high note for Grand Forks RCMP. RCMP report that a drug bust last Tuesday landed a 42-year-old male and 46-year-old female in custody, facing numerous criminal drug, firearms, and weapons charges. A search warrant was executed under the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act at the 7000 block of 7th avenue in Grand Forks. Police seized significant quantities of drugs including marijuana, methamphetamine, cocaine, fentanyl, and pills. Drug trafficking paraphernalia, weapons, and suspected stolen property were also seized.
