The unique design of Nelson’s new Cottonwood Market will help boost development in the whole Railtown area.

He’s come up with market kiosks and a stage featuring cantilevered laminated wood structures with canvas coverings.
The space will be able to host over a thousand people for special events and that becomes an added attraction.
The open air style design for the $750,000  market project is aimed in part at ensuring the kiosks can’t be used as temporary shelters for illegal campers. It could be built by may next year.
