Bruins Announce New Coach And Defenceman

The Grand Forks Border Bruins have some new and familiar faces lined up for next season. Veteran defenceman Evan Gorman has returned to play for his hometown. In his absence he became a KIJHL champion, and also helped win the 2017 Cyclone Taylor Cup. Gorman says he enjoyed his time with the Beaver Valley Nitehawks.

But it feels good to be home.

The Bruins are also getting a new head coach! John Clewlow from Brampton Ontario is replacing Emery Olauson. Olauson is heading to the St. Stephen New Brunswick Aces of the Junior A Maritime Hockey League.
