The City of Grand Forks is starting it’s final phase of voltage conversion, and a list of power outages are scheduled starting June 19th. Affected locations include most of downtown, a portion of Granby Road, Riverside Drive, the Valley Heights Area and a small portion of Ruckle. Notices will be delivered to affected businesses.
