The Grand Forks International may be taking a break this year but there’s still plenty of ball in the Boundary! The 4th annual Slo-Pitch Grand Forks Classic goes July 13th to 15th at Dick Bartlett Park in Grand Forks. President Tom Starchuk says funds are going back into Dick Bartlett’s fields and equipment.
He adds that they’re supporting flood victims.
There are also 16 teams taking place this year.
There will be a beer garden, and catering by the Thyme and Plate. Kahunaverse Sports out of Surrey has donated bats for a raffle that will also support flood victims.
