Get out those tubes and be ready to rock out, The Ponderosa Arts and Music Festival is almost here! The 6th annual event returns to Rock Creek fair grounds August 17th to 19th. Co-Founder Kris Hargrabe says this year will see some changes.
But there will be some returning activities too.
