Grand Forks City Council received a presentation from Whispers of Hope on Monday morning. A request to utilize Dick Bartlett Park’s facilities was presented by Centre Coordinator Melissa Shulga. This as a community kitchen trailer has been purchased and just needs land to operate. Councillor Chris Hammett was the first to comment.

The request included drop-in services until the end of September, such as free lunch Monday to Friday from 1PM to 4PM when the park isn’t already booked.
